Alan Adams is SEE's Sustainability Director - APAC region, leading the delivery of 2025 packaging commitments including 100% recyclable or reusable, average of 50% recycled or renewable content, and collaborating on advanced recycling technology and infrastructure.
Active with APCO since 2011, Alan recently joined the new Material Stewardship Committee – Flexible Plastics, and alongside the Australian Institute of Packaging (AIP) has played an integral role shaping the Sustainable Packaging Guidelines to reduce food waste.
Recognised by Industry as the recipient of the 2021 PIDA Gold award for Industry Professional of the year, Alan is passionate about how packaging advances the lifestyle we love, and at the same time, delivers a low carbon circular economy to make our world better than we find it.
