Dr. Shah has lectured in the field of food science and technology to university students in Australia, the UK, and New Zealand, and has also shared his expertise by presenting technical seminars, conferences, and webinars. He has been operating his food technical consultancy business for the past 21 years by providing scientific and technical solutions to the food industry. Dr. Shah was named as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology (AIFST) in recognition of his outstanding service to the food industry in 2018.
