Learning the Recipe for Streamlining Food & Beverage Manufacturing

The Food and Beverage industry is Australia’s largest manufacturing industry. It is also one of the most demanding and competitive. Success in food in beverage is built on achieving a level of operational excellence that enables you to deliver quality products at a competitive cost on time in full every day. This is especially challenging for small and medium sized food and beverage manufacturing operations that lack the resources of big operations and the muscle to negotiate favourable terms with the big corporate retailers.

TXM have decades of experiences working with a huge range of food and beverage manufacturers around the world including almost 100 companies in Australia. Our expertise ranges acrosss each step of the food chain from fresh produce production through processing, production and distribution. We have also worked in almost every sector including bakery, confectionery, food service, sauces, beverages, ingredients and pet food. Over this time we have developed unique expertise in delivering operational excellence to food production through tailored application of Lean manufacturing, supply chain management, total productive maintenance and facility layout development.
