Security in the supply chain is vital to food manufacturers who want to guarantee that their manufacturing process and end products are genuine.

A Greater Focus on Small Manufacturers

In collaboration with Food Innovation Australia (FIAL), a new zone has been introduced to the 2017 event: Supply Chain Integrity Zone. This zone will present companies that offer solutions in traceability for small manufacturers throughout the manufacturing process. These solutions on offer can be scaled to suit smaller manufacturers who produce less than 10,000 units a week.
