The Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology hosted their 2023 annual convention during the four days of foodpro. In 2024, the Convention will be held in Sydney.
AIFST hosted a networking function after the first day of the Convention, giving delegates a chance to reconnect with peers and colleagues over some food and drinks.
The foodpro Bar, sponsored by Mosca, will be the networking hub of the 2023 event. With a full bar and daily changing menu, this is the best spot to grab a coffee or lunch to catch up with colleagues and clients. There will also be a happy hour running on the Monday and Tuesday from the foodpro Networking Bar.
At the sustainability spotlight, key exhibitors where spotlighted for their sustainability initiatives. With more focus than ever on the impact of production on our environment, specific suppliers leading the way in mindful manufacturing were identified around the expo.
