Terms and Conditions for the foodpro $500 accommodation voucher promotion (Promotion)

By entering the Promotion you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.      The Promotion is being run by Diversified (Promoter), Level 22, 181 William St, Melbourne VIC 3000.

2.      Information about how to participate and details of the prize offered will be published on foodpro’s website.

3.      The Promotion commences on Thursday 19 June 9:00AM AEST and closes on Friday 27 June 2025 at 5.00pm AEST.  (Promotion Period). Any entry that is not received during the Promotion Period will be invalid.

4.      Diversified will randomly select one winner via random draw, that will take place on Monday 30 June 2025 at 181 William St Melbourne. The winner will be confirmed and contacted withing five days of the draw.

5.      There will be one prize (Prize) consisting of an accommodation voucher to the venue of winners choice, valued at $500.

6.      The Prize will be sent directly to the winner via post, email or phone number at their nominated address/number and cannot be collected in person.

7.      Contact details of the winner (including name, phone number and email) may be shared with suppliers so prizes can be sent.

8.      The Prize value is correct as at the date of printing, and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

9.      Where a Prize is unavailable for any reason the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

10. Entrants must be 18 years or over.

11. Entrants must be individuals and not companies or other entities.

12. Employees and immediate family members of Diversified/foodpro any way involved in the Promotion, are not valid entrants in the Promotion.

13. Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries, or entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, will not be eligible to win.

14. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The promoteris not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.

15. To enter the Promotion, you must submit a complete and valid entry via the web form during the Promotion Period.

16. You may enter the Promotion once only.

17. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered by an entrant or third party, including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss, as a result of entering or participating in the Promotion including cancelling the Promotion, or in connection with the redemption or use of any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).

18. By entering the Promotion, you agree for the Promoter to use your name and details to contact you for participation in a post-event survey, and you consent to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter.
