Bogdan received a PhD in food chemistry and a ten-year research engagement followed in the Australian dairy sector. From industry, Dr Zisu became Senior Lecturer in food science and nutrition at RMIT University, and this was followed by a Global Research Coordinator role at Fluid Air, a division of Spraying Systems Co.
