Participation in the 2017 seminar series offers exhibitors a platform to share insight on key trends and challenges, whilst positioning their company as a market leader Australasian food manufacturing and processing industry.
This year’s seminars will focus on practical content in the form of real-life case studies and lessons learned.
Speakers must invite their own audience – encourage your potential clients and current customers to register and attend your session. We will also undertake promotion to our visitors for attendance. foodpro can assist with producing promotional collateral for the seminar series.
Please note that presentations must not be of a promotional nature. We will provide basic AV and seating for up to 150 delegates.
Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated on the following criteria:
Relevance to visitor
Clear definition of the aims & objectives of the presentation – must not be a sales pitch
Speaker has a clear understanding of the topic and is well regarded in the field
Speaker must promote their session and invite their audience to attend the session
Potential Topics
Presenters are encouraged to submit topics of relevance to foodpro vertical markets. Topics could include but are not limited to:

Presentation Format
We recommend presentations around 30 minutes, followed by Q&A. Your presentation can be given in a number of ways including:
Oral Papers
Presented by one or two individuals using audio visual aids delivered to a seated audience.
Panels & Debates
Presented by a group of up to five panellists and can include a moderator. Presentation should encourage audience participation and could pose a question to encourage further exploration of the topic
Case Studies
Presented by one or two individuals based on real-life projects completed. Presentation should guide the audience through the project stages, learning outcomes and conclusion.
