Sealed edging is a hygienic secondary process performed to food grade belting in order to comply with high standards of hygiene. The procedure involves protecting the edges of PVC and PU belting by insulating it with homogenous material thermally fused to the edges of the belt which prevents the belt from fraying and delaminating.
