These heat exchangers are ideal for products which contain particulates and/or viscosities sufficiently high as to present cleaning and hygiene problems for plate heat exchangers. The tube corrugation feature enhances turbulent flow, and increases convective heat transfer allowing greater efficiency &/or smaller heat transfer areas to be used.
