Hosted by Fiona Fleming, CEO of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology (AIFST) – This workshop will help you learn more about the regulations that help to protect your products and your consumers and was specifically designed to help you collect and manage the information needed to assist with regulatory compliance.

The workshop will take place in The Food Insights Forum which will be located in Hospitality Suite 3, upstairs from the exhibition floor.

• Practical exercise looking at assessing a label
