The Shimadzu EZ Test evaluates characteristics and texture of food by applying forces through compression, shear, and piercing. A wide variety of food materials can be measured by changing the measurement conditions and jigs. The software includes packages for baked goods, cereals, confectioneries, snacks, meat, poultry, fish, fruit, vegetables, and cheese.
