Kawasaki CP180L Palletising Robot

Kawasaki CP180L Palletising Robot

JMP Engineering are exhibiting the new Kawasaki CP180L palletising robot that is incorporated into the JMP palletisers.

The Kawasaki CP180L palletising robot delivers the high-speed operation needed for distribution. Based on a robot stroke of 400 mm upward-downward and 2,000 mm in the left-right direction, the CP180L achieves an industry leading 2,050 cycles per hour with loads of 130 kg.

At 3,075 mm and 3,256 mm respectively, the high vertical reach capability of the CP series robots is ideal for tall pallet stacks and multi-lane applications. The extra-long horizontal reach of 3,255 mm allows for one robot to be used to cover up to five pallets.

About JMP

Since 1972, JMP have been designing, manufacturing, installing and servicing Robotic Palletising, Packaging, and Handling Systems. With over 800 systems installed throughout the world, our experience and industry knowledge is unmatched.

JMP Engineering is much more than an integrator. We can design and engineer a system using standard JMP equipment or create a custom solution utilising more than four decades of application & engineering experience. System components are designed and manufactured to work together, eliminating redundancies while simplifying operation.

JMP Engineering designs, engineers, and manufactures all of the key components that comprise one of our systems.  This ability is very unique in today’s industry.  While others often buy various components from various manufactures, we design and manufacture equipment specifically for a particular application or product.  Not only do their products outperform the competition, but since they are engineered to work together as one system, component redundancy and system complexity is minimized.  The end result is a high-performance system that is easy to operate and maintain, all at a competitive price.

JMP will be exhibiting at Stand E25 on Level 1 at foodpro 2017.
